2020 Campaign Launch

Upon much anticipation, we’ve officially launched our 2020 fundraiser campaign. We believed this time to be appropriate to launch because it’s a time when families all across America come together and enjoy food for Thanksgiving. We took the opportunity to open so many eyes to the food insecurity in Gaza as we hoped to make fresh and healthy food a possibility for Gazans.

Additionally, my grandfather, Mathhar Yosef Abdo, passed away earlier this month. In addition to being a Palestinian refugee, he was an American veteran and loyal patriot. He fought in the Korean War. (6th Infantry Division US Army)

It was in his honor that we launched this project.
